In the new issue of British Vogue, Meghan Markle describes ritual fitness as putting its energy towards internal beauty, celebrating the power of breathing and meditation, and urges you to use your heart as much as your core.
After digging a little bit deeper, we found out that the London-based studio, Heartcore, offers ritual fitness classes, claiming they’re designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone you from the inside out. Yoga, pilates, and barre are at the core of this fitness routine, built on their principles of physical and mindful benefits.

“As I say, the whole approach has been holistic, it has been gentle. It’s been a natural embracing of motherhood, and with that has come a pretty gentle routine. Meghan hasn’t been hitting the gym. She hasn’t been in any hurry to get back in shape,” explained Nicholl while chatting with Entertainment Tonight.
According to Nicholl, postpartum yoga and proud walks around Windsor Great Park are an essential part of Markle’s routine. She was a huge fitness fanatic before giving birth and enjoyed hitting the gym and running laps around Kensington gardens on a regular basis.
