It’s been almost two months since Meghan Markle gave birth to the royal baby, but she’s not in a hurry to get back in shape. Royal expert Katie Nicholl recently discussed her workout routine, and it turns out the Duchess of Sussex is taking a pretty zen approach to fitness.

Instead of pushing herself too hard, Markle is giving her body some time to recover by embracing a gentle and relaxed post-birth fitness regime.

“As I say, the whole approach has been holistic, it has been gentle. It’s been a natural embracing of motherhood, and with that has come a pretty gentle routine. Meghan hasn’t been hitting the gym. She hasn’t been in any hurry to get back in shape,” explained Nicholl while chatting with Entertainment Tonight.

According to Nicholl, postpartum yoga and proud walks around Windsor Great Park are an essential part of Markle’s routine. She was a huge fitness fanatic before giving birth and enjoyed hitting the gym and running laps around Kensington gardens on a regular basis.
