Even if you put an effort into your workout, it’s impossible to stay in shape if you don’t commit to a healthy diet. Luckily, Wilson has a fix for that, as well.
“Even though it’s a global pandemic, I’ve had to travel to London, Atlanta, and New York. And though I love the carbs I’ve been trying to find places that have good proteins and high-quality meats,” Wilson told Travel + Leisure.
Staying properly hydrated is just as important as trying to eat healthy when you’re traveling. Wilson thinks it’s the part that we easily forget while on the road, but proper hydration has been a big part of maintaining her health during her travels.
