]]>Reif’s latest yoga workout is just 10 minutes long, and it will help you discover its endless beauty. This workout routine mostly relies on deep stretching moves, meant to activate muscles in your entire body, and it’s rooted in yoga-inspired way of training, which includes three „flows“ of 1,5 – 2 minutes each.
Reif’s also developed a ten-minute anti-stress routine, meant to help you develop better focus and better health. She recommends taking a few minutes in the morning to do this yoga workout and prepare for your day, but doing it after your workouts or before going to bed is also an option.
If doing yoga for 10 minutes simply isn’t enough for you, and you want to make your workouts longer, this 30-minute routine is just the thing you’re looking for. This workout puts deep stretching front and center, but it also includes many moves that can help you strengthen your body and tone your muscles.

]]>Follows kicked off her yoga journey back in 2016, when she was still studying furniture design at university. She started practicing yoga in her tiny student accommodation, using YouTube tutorials as inspiration, completely unaware she’ll have her own channel with over 900,000 subscribers in the future.
As Follows’ love for yoga grew, so did her knowledge, and she couldn’t wait to share it with other people.
“In the early days, I used to share what little I knew with family and friends, and although I never saw myself as a teacher, I decided to go and do my first vinyasa yoga teacher training after graduation. Fast forward a few years and I was teaching all over my hometown, and had a few years of experience under my belt,” she wrote on her official website.
Once the demand for her classes reached a fever pitch, teaching over 15 classes a week became unsustainable, and she decided to start sharing her workouts on social media. They’re created with yogis of different levels in mind and Follows offers several types of paid yoga programs, in addition to sharing free workouts on YouTube.

If you’re already used to working with a partner and want to try a longer, more challenging flow, we recommend this 50-minute class by Zach Beach Love. It includes deeper stretches and balancing poses with longer holds followed by a nice, long savasana.
We love this 20-minute flow by SarahBethYoga whenever we’re in the mood to get out of our comfort zones and try something a little more playful. It features some fun AcroYoga poses while still being simple enough for beginners to follow.
