But what we may forget to take into account is that our bodies burn calories just but keeping us alive and that activities we do just for fun or day-to-day can be burning those calories in the background. So here are three activities that you can count toward your weekly fitness—without ever hitting the gym.

Going to a Concert

Most of the time at high-energy rock, pop, or metal concerts, you won’t just be sitting still and listening—you’ll be standing up and jumping around!
