Short breaks are very important, so after three minutes of punching the heavy bag, it’s time to cool your body down. Everyone comes back after a break because it’s a satisfying and challenging training, and participants don’t give up easily.

Bines’ book is titled 15 Lessons That Changed My Life, and her main goal was to encourage women to reclaim their self-confidence by sharing useful life lessons that have guided her through her journey as an entrepreneur and a personal trainer.

15 Lessons That Changed My Life is filled with tips, life hacks, personal experiences, recipes, and inspiring quotes that she never shared before, but it’s so much more than a workout guide. She wanted to do “something more in-depth” and to motivate people to commit to a healthy lifestyle by being open about her own struggles.

“I love health and fitness, there’s so much more to me, and to life, than having a toned, fit body. I’ve found there are a few things women repeatedly struggle with, so I wanted to get into the depths of how I can help them break through the limiting beliefs,” Bines told Body+Soul.

Underwood’s book will be titled Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life, and it is scheduled to hit shelves sometime next year. She decided to go down this road because fitness and healthy living have been one of her biggest passions for years.

“It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle,” said Carrie Underwood while discussing her new book with People Magazine.

Find Your Path will detail the singer’s approach to working out, eating healthy, and feeling beautiful in her own skin, but it’s not her first fitness-related project. Underwood previously launched her own activewear brand Calia, and she has given us several amazing collections over the years.
