This sandwich is plant-based and packed with protein. All you need to do is mash canned chickpeas with a potato masher until you get the texture you want. Then put the mixture on bread and add Greek yogurt or avocado for a healthy fat and green, sprouts, lettuce, onion, or other veggies for fiber.
