The article also included a photo of Kardashian’s workout basket, showcasing her all-time favorite gym essentials. It was obviously curated with summer workouts in mind since it included sun visor and Elta MD’s sun and body sunscreen.
The reality superstar also revealed her workouts can’t go without a sweat towel, hand sanitizer, reusable water bottle, workout gloves, waistband, and jump rope. Judging by the workout videos she shared in the past, her workout routine often includes several other pieces of equipment, such as Bosu ball and resistance bands, but they didn’t make the cut this time around.

]]>Singer Harry Hudson joined Kardashian and Rae for the “Camp Kourtney” workout. Celebrity trainer Don “DB Donamatrix” Brooks was by their side every step of the way and walked them through all of the exercises.
They kicked things off with rope jumping, before moving to Bosu ball and resistance band exercises. Rae revealed they do this routine for six or seven days a week, and said that it was so hard in the beginning that she wasn’t sure if she’s going to come back.
The workout buddies had avocado pudding for breakfast, and Kardashian admitted she’s been eating it every day for the past five years. After finishing up their breakfast, the duo went for a swim and revealed this is an essential part of their post-workout routine.

“My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and half years ago, when I did it for two months… I’ve been treating myself lately and really want to get back on track, so I’ve committed myself to keto for the next month,” wrote Kardashian.
Despite its many benefits, the keto diet is not for everyone and the reality star advised her fans to consult a doctor before giving it a go, the same way she did the first time she tried it.
In addition to sharing her personal keto journey, Kourtney Kardashian also detailed her meal plan, which usually consists of breakfast smoothies, protein-based salads, mixed greens, egg whites, chicken, salmon, and cauliflower or broccoli rice.
