Kourtney Kardashian’s Morning Workouts are Fun and Intense

Workouts are an important part of Kourtney Kardashian’s morning routine, and we recently got to see what they look like. TikTok star Addison Rae joined her for one of morning sweat sessions, and it turns out the reality star’s workouts are really intense, but also super-fun.

Singer Harry Hudson joined Kardashian and Rae for the “Camp Kourtney” workout. Celebrity trainer Don “DB Donamatrix” Brooks was by their side every step of the way and walked them through all of the exercises.

They kicked things off with rope jumping, before moving to Bosu ball and resistance band exercises. Rae revealed they do this routine for six or seven days a week, and said that it was so hard in the beginning that she wasn’t sure if she’s going to come back.

The workout buddies had avocado pudding for breakfast, and Kardashian admitted she’s been eating it every day for the past five years. After finishing up their breakfast, the duo went for a swim and revealed this is an essential part of their post-workout routine.
