The celebrity trainer is fully aware that her nighttime routine could use some improvement, but she also believes that change doesn’t happen overnight.
Getting up early has its benefits, and managing to squeeze in a morning workout is one of them. Alcantara usually meets up with Kim Kardashian at 6 am for her training sessions and heads to the gym at 8 am after they’re done.
The celebrity trainer practices intermittent fasting and usually has her first meal of the day around noon, once she’s done with her workout. Her meals mostly consist of toast, eggs, chicken, rice, beans, vegetables, and fish and she enjoys drinking a gallon of water every day.
