Celebrity Trainer Melissa Alcantara Shares Her Daily Routine

Melissa Alcantara helped Kim Kardashian get into the best shape of her life, so it doesn’t come as a surprise to find out that her schedule is super-intense. The celebrity trainer recently shared her daily routine with CNBC, and here’s a couple of main takeaways.

Sleep Schedule

Most people try to find time for eight hours of sleep every night, but not Alcantara. She usually starts her day with a cup of coffee at 4 am, after five to six hours of sleep. The celebrity trainer is fully aware that her nighttime routine could use some improvement, but she also believes that change doesn’t happen overnight.

Early Workouts

Getting up early has its benefits, and managing to squeeze in a morning workout is one of them. Alcantara usually meets up with Kim Kardashian at 6 am for her training sessions and heads to the gym at 8 am after they’re done.

Eating Habits

The celebrity trainer practices intermittent fasting and usually has her first meal of the day around noon, once she’s done with her workout. Her meals mostly consist of toast, eggs, chicken, rice, beans, vegetables, and fish and she enjoys drinking a gallon of water every day.
