Stand on your trampoline with feet 6 inches apart. Put your palms on your hips and slightly bend the knees. Bounce on the balls of your feet and raise your knees alternating them between each bounce. Repeat 60 times.
Stand on your trampoline with feet together. Arms should be at your sides. Jump and spread your fit to shoulder width, then land in a squat position. Bounce back to starting position. Repeat 20 times.
