If you are single and fitness is a huge part of your life then you want to make sure that you are meeting like-minded people to date. Enough with the dinner and bar dates, start doing some fun sporty activities instead to see how strong your partner is, and if they can keep up with you. Here are some fun activity dates for you to try on your first date.

Trapeze Class

Sign up for a 90-minute beginner trapeze class and start swinging and spinning around a bar in the air with the greatest of ease. Even if you have never done it before an instructor will work with your ability level and you will learn to trust each other and use each other for support.

Rock Climbing

Using all your upper body muscles in this activity you will get to see your date’s skills (or not) as you work your way up a wall. It will get you both out of your comfort zone and make you use your puzzle-solving skills to move from handhold to handhold without falling off the wall. The best part is rappelling down after you reached the top.

Trampolining

A date at a trampoline park shows you aren’t taking yourselves too seriously, as you get to increase your endorphins whilst jumping up and down and laughing at yourselves. You also get to show off your gymnastic skills and move lymphatic fluid through your body. The lymphatic system works with the circulatory system to flush excess fluid and dead blood cells from tissues. So not only are you having a really fun date you are releasing some toxins along the way.

If you are one of those people who are motivated while training in the group and when the workout is interesting, different and inspiring, then jump fitness is just what you need. Get your equipment, and go straight to the jump fitness center to learn some new moves.

Every training starts with a warmup and so does this one. Following your instructor, while they’re showing you all the steps after the warm-up won’t be easy, but it makes all the difference.

There is no jumping at the very beginning, just stretching and warming up with repetitions in the rhythm of the music. Since the music is loud, this routine is very similar to dance fitness.

Since you’re probably wondering what is used for jumping, the answer is mini-trampolines. This way of training will be good for your rhythm, breathing, stamina, core, it will make you sweat, and you’ll burn a lot of calories by the time it’s over.

You can do it indoors or outdoors, depending on your preference and the weather forecast. All the equipment necessary is a mini-trampoline, speakers, and a lot of positive energy.

Did you know that half an hour of jumping on a trampoline can burn 160 calories? Not to mention you’ll have so much fun doing it! You can fit a mini trampoline into any room and use it whenever you get the chance for a low-impact workout that will burn you a lot of fat over time.

For best results, do a trampoline workout at least three times a week. Here are some basic exercises you can do with it. Repeat each exercise three times with rest in between.

Basic Bounce

Stand on your trampoline with feet around 6 inches apart. Keep your arms by your sides, bent at elbows. Bend your knees slightly and start bouncing up and down. Repeat 30 times then rest.

Prances

Stand on your trampoline with feet 6 inches apart. Put your palms on your hips and slightly bend the knees. Bounce on the balls of your feet and raise your knees alternating them between each bounce. Repeat 60 times.

Squats

Stand on your trampoline with feet together. Arms should be at your sides. Jump and spread your fit to shoulder width, then land in a squat position. Bounce back to starting position. Repeat 20 times.
