As the days get shorter and winter fast approaches, many of us are finding it more and more of a struggle to leave the house when we don’t have to. After returning home after a long day at work, who among us can honestly say that we want to go out again in the dark just to take a yoga class? We certainly can’t, which is why we’ve started looking for ways to get our workouts in at home.
