]]>If you’re doing a high-intensity workout one day and a more chill one the next, then you should have more than one sports bra, and not just for the sanitation factor. The type of workout you’re doing dictates what style of sports bra you should wear. A more supportive option is excellent for running or a HIIT workout, whereas one that allows more movement and flexibility is ideal for yoga or pilates.
Just because a sports bra is inexpensive doesn’t mean it isn’t worth buying. Sports bras can cost anywhere from under $15 to nearly $100, but the price alone doesn’t tell you anything about the fit, the support, or the quality of the material.
One of the last things people think about when buying a sports bra is how it will affect their skin. But that’s a mistake because if you’re allergic or sensitive to certain material, wearing the bra, and sweating could not only irritate your skin but also cause redness, itchiness, and even blisters.
If you’re still shopping for the same bra size you have fitted for three years ago, it’s time for an update. It’s important that you check your bra size at least once a year, as a woman’s body changes all the time!

]]>1. Fiber is known for its ability to reduce constipation, but it has other benefits for maintaining healthy digestion as well.
2. It slows the rate that sugar is absorbed into the bloodstream.
3. It helps clean out bacteria!
4. A high fiber diet makes you full very quickly, so you won’t be binging on your secret chocolate stash.
Now that you know the basics of why fiber is so incredibly important, let’s take a look at what you should eat to get enough of it!
First of all: Keep that fruit coming! Eating more fruit like raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries is a great beginning.
Vegetables are also known to be fiber superstars. Green vegetables like artichoke, spinach, zucchini and broccoli should be your go to legumes on a daily basis!
Another very important part of the fiber diet is whole grains like lentils, barley, quinoa and brown rice.
Incorporating some nuts and seeds like almonds, chia seeds, and flaxseeds are definitely recommended!

]]>When people think of working out, they usually think of sweating it off in a gym, but the truth is that you can exercise from anywhere! Doing things like biking, hiking, and taking walking tours are a great place to start! It’s also exercise that doesn’t really feel like exercising, so you enjoy it at the same time. But, even if you are going on a relaxing trip somewhere exotic, there are a bunch of ways to workout without needing the gym.
As hard as it is, your diet is the most important thing about staying in shape. As much as we love eating burgers and sipping on milkshakes while on holiday, it is important to find that balance so you won’t come back from your holiday, heavier and disappointed in yourself. Letting go and consuming bread, pasta or rice is fine once or twice, but don’t make a habit out of it! Every meal should have a protein source and at least one vegetable; add some fruits and nuts. Avoid dairy and grains, or only eat them in minimal quantities.

We all love parties, and will gladly stay up until the late hours in order to enjoy life to the fullest. But, and as much this pains us to say this, and you probably know this too: Alcohol is not exactly good for you. With that being said, we are not telling you to stop drinking completely – we believe that everything needs to be done in moderation, and of course you need to drink and have fun while on holiday, but try to party with a purpose! And if you are the type that loves to rage every night, try to stick to wine and alcohol without any added mixers.
