Dumbbell T-Raise

Arm raises are an essential part of every arm workout, and this powerful move will help you work multiple muscle groups. Dumbbell T-Raises are great for strengthening shoulders, arms, and back but if done correctly they’ll activate your core muscles as well.

Standing Rope Triceps Extension

This awesome exercise isn’t just perfect for toning your arms, it’s also great for working your core muscles and strengthening your back.

Glute Bridge Skull Crusher

Glute bridge is not a particularly challenging move, but try doing it with dumbbells. This is one of the most powerful arm exercises and it’s great for toning triceps, but it’ll also work your butt and abs.

Standing Reverse Cable Fly

This is a very intense arm exercise that’s awesome for strengthening arm and upper back muscles. It will help you build strong back and shoulder muscles which can be beneficial for people who want to improve their posture.

That’s now possible thanks to Maddie Lymburner of MadFit, who included this song in her holiday rooster of dance workouts. This video comes shortly after she shared a 15-minute Christmas-themed workout that also included Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas” and several more holiday hits, such as “Last Christmas” and “Jingle Bell Rock”.

If you’re in the mood for a shorter workout, MadFit’s “Oh Santa!” video will be your cup of tea. Its cheerful beat makes it perfect for a relaxing, yet intense dance cardio workout, and that’s exactly what this fitness star gave us in this four-minute-long video.

Just like the majority of her previous workouts, this one can be performed with no equipment, and it will activate several different muscle groups at once. Dance workouts inspired by Ariana Grande’s new album Positions took YouTube by storm last month, but her old hits also deserve a spot on your workout playlist. If you’re struggling to choose one, Maddie Lymburner of MadFit did all the work for you and came up with an amazing party workout filled with Grande’s tunes.

Her latest dance cardio workout includes some of the singer’s biggest hits, such as “Into You” and “No Tears Left to Cry”. She also made room for some underrated, but equally amazing tunes, including “Motive”, “Bloodline”, and “Be Alright”.

Lymburner explained she filmed this workout because many people were requesting it, and decided to include songs from several different albums because she felt there are “so many great dancey tunes” that deserved attention.

Just like the majority of MadFit’s previous videos, this one can be done without any equipment, and it targets several different muscle groups. Many variations of lunges and squats are included, but the famous fitness guru uses this video to focus on cardio, and the majority of the moves are super-easy to perform and they’ll give you a great calorie burn.

One of them was shared by MadFit’s Maddie Lymburner, who is usually the first person to come up with viral workouts based on the latest pop hits. That was also the case with “Positions”, and her three-minute clip inspired us to immediately put this song on our workout playlist.

Like many of her previous full-body workouts, this one can be performed from the comfort of your home, without any equipment. It will activate several muscle groups at the same time, and it’s especially great for your legs and quads.

MadFit’s new dance cardio workout mostly consists of squats and lunges, and several variations of these exercises are repeated throughout the video. They’re combined with jumps and simple dance moves that you can use to catch a breath during this brief, but intense workout.

While watching Ariana Grande perform at the VMAs a couple of weeks ago, it’s clear that she’s in fantastic shape. Her trainer, Harley Pasternak, shared her routine with Shape and he said that Grande maintains a healthy lifestyle even during her busiest days. In regards to exercise, she trains three times a week for 30 to 45-minute sessions with Pasternak in addition to hitting her steps every day. For maintaining a strong lower body, Grande does these five moves which Pasternak calls “Fantastic Five”.

Curtsy Lunge

Curtsy lunges target multiple muscle groups including the glutes, quads, and hips due to the backward cross-over motion of lowering into the curtsy lunge.

Staggered Stance Deadlift

Staggered stance deadlift, or as Pasternak calls them kickstand deadlifts, work your hamstrings and glutes. In this exercise, your feet are planted on the ground and you press your hips back as you hinge at your waist. The difference between this deadlift is that one of your legs is slightly bent, so most of the work happens in the opposite leg.

Adductor Plank

This variation of a side plank targets your core and your abductor muscles. You’ll need a chair, bench, or a stable surface to perform this exercise. It’s an intense move that you will feel in your inner thigh muscles.

Active Clamshell

An active clamshell has you lifting your hips off the ground as you raise your top leg. This move targets your glutes and strengthens your hips while giving you muscle definition in your lower body.

The Harley

Pasternak’s signature move is “The Harley” which combines glute bridges and lying triceps extensions. This two-in-one exercise targets the arms, butt, and core and it’s great for improving posture.

Ariana Grande is one of Hollywood’s most popular vegans, and that’s part of the reason why she’s always in such great shape. Consistency and a healthy diet are key to her fit frame and her busy schedule isn’t stopping her from staying committed to her fitness goals.

Celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak discussed Grande’s fitness journey with Shape after her recent MTV VMAs performance. He revealed that her diet mostly consists of soups, smoothies, and salads, and he recommended them to all people who are short on time.

“Most people’s excuse for not eating healthy is that they don’t have the time or they don’t know how to cook an elaborate meal. Soups, smoothies, and salads don’t really require a lot of effort. They’re a great way to take the guesswork out of cooking and make eating healthy simple,” explained Pasternak.
