Ariana Grande’s Fans Have to Try This 15-Minute Dance Workout

Dance workouts inspired by Ariana Grande’s new album Positions took YouTube by storm last month, but her old hits also deserve a spot on your workout playlist. If you’re struggling to choose one, Maddie Lymburner of MadFit did all the work for you and came up with an amazing party workout filled with Grande’s tunes.

Her latest dance cardio workout includes some of the singer’s biggest hits, such as “Into You” and “No Tears Left to Cry”. She also made room for some underrated, but equally amazing tunes, including “Motive”, “Bloodline”, and “Be Alright”.

Lymburner explained she filmed this workout because many people were requesting it, and decided to include songs from several different albums because she felt there are “so many great dancey tunes” that deserved attention.

Just like the majority of MadFit’s previous videos, this one can be done without any equipment, and it targets several different muscle groups. Many variations of lunges and squats are included, but the famous fitness guru uses this video to focus on cardio, and the majority of the moves are super-easy to perform and they’ll give you a great calorie burn.
