]]>Keys is currently busy promoting her new activewear collection with Athleta, and she spilled the beans about her fitness routine in interviews with Self and Shape. The “Girl on Fire” singer never hid her endless love for Pelton, but it turns out indoor cycling is just a tiny part of her intense workout routine.
“I love cycling, heavy cardio, yoga, and Pilates… Pre-workout, I really try to meditate. I think it’s such a nice complement to be grounded in the early part of the morning and then get right through your workout,” she told Shape.
When it comes to yoga, Keys revealed that she enjoys classes that add resistance to low-impact workouts through the use of leg and arm weights, and Bala Bangles are her personal favorite.
Keys also told Self that she enjoys doing outdoor workouts during warmer seasons, such as running, hiking, and outdoor biking. She feels “invigorated and inspired” every time she works out outside, and she designed her new Athleta line with summer workouts in mind.

]]>Hoechlin recently discussed his fitness routine with Men’s Health and explained how he brought the knowledge from his past workouts to exercise remotely while filming Superman and Lois under strict Covid-19 protocols.
“I love my weights, and I’ve got a little bit of a set-up here to do what I can. A lot of dumbbell work, a lot of bench, a couple cables and things like that. So just pushing as much as I can with as high a weight as I can,” Hoechlin told the magazine.
The actor said his routine doesn’t include a lot of cardio, because he’s trying to build and maintain his muscle mass. He tries to add HIIT workouts and supersets to the mix between his weight-lifting workouts while keeping cardio at the minimum. When it comes to his diet, he mostly avoids carbohydrates and added sugars, and he decided to embrace a vegetarian diet after watching the Netflix documentary Seaspiracy.

Judging by her recent fitness-related Instagram post, Underwood is an avid user of this app that she created with her personal trainer Eve Overland. She can’t imagine her workouts without it, and she currently swears by the “13-card draw” workout.
Fit52 app was designed around a deck of cards, and workouts consist of either 52 exercises or 26 exercises. The cards you pull also determine the number of reps per exercise. The main idea behind this workout program is to diversify your routine, but it sure sounds intense. Underwood doesn’t seem to be complaining, and her legs look more toned than ever thanks to this routine.

“Been working very hard on my strength, conditioning, diet, balance, and energy to come into this role being in the best shape (hopefully) of my career and raise the bar,” wrote the actor on Instagram.
He also shared several descriptions of his regular routine, which consists of two workouts a day. Johnson usually kicks things off as soon as he gets up, with a morning cardio workout that he does on an empty stomach. One of his regular workouts targets his chest and triceps, but his weight room routine doesn’t always look the same and he has a habit of focusing on different muscle groups every day.
