Carrie Underwood Shares Intense Routine Behind Her Toned Legs

Carrie Underwood is no stranger to sharing workout photos on Instagram, and her latest made one thing clear: she never misses a leg day. The country superstar showed off her toned legs in a gym selfie and revealed the workout routine that keeps her fit.

In addition to being a seven-time Grammy winner, Underwood is also a successful entrepreneur, especially in the field of fitness. She’s the author of fitness and lifestyle book Find Your Path, and the owner of activewear line CALIA, but did you know she also founded fitness app Fit52?

Judging by her recent fitness-related Instagram post, Underwood is an avid user of this app that she created with her personal trainer Eve Overland. She can’t imagine her workouts without it, and she currently swears by the “13-card draw” workout.

Fit52 app was designed around a deck of cards, and workouts consist of either 52 exercises or 26 exercises. The cards you pull also determine the number of reps per exercise. The main idea behind this workout program is to diversify your routine, but it sure sounds intense. Underwood doesn’t seem to be complaining, and her legs look more toned than ever thanks to this routine.
