From Yoga to Peloton, Here Are All the Workouts That Alicia Keys Swears By

If you’re looking for a celebrity fitness routine that will inspire you to take your own to the next level, Alicia Keys has got you covered! Her workouts are as versatile as it gets, and she enjoys a wide range of different activities, from yoga to Peloton.

Keys is currently busy promoting her new activewear collection with Athleta, and she spilled the beans about her fitness routine in interviews with Self and Shape. The “Girl on Fire” singer never hid her endless love for Pelton, but it turns out indoor cycling is just a tiny part of her intense workout routine.

“I love cycling, heavy cardio, yoga, and Pilates… Pre-workout, I really try to meditate. I think it’s such a nice complement to be grounded in the early part of the morning and then get right through your workout,” she told Shape.

When it comes to yoga, Keys revealed that she enjoys classes that add resistance to low-impact workouts through the use of leg and arm weights, and Bala Bangles are her personal favorite.

Keys also told Self that she enjoys doing outdoor workouts during warmer seasons, such as running, hiking, and outdoor biking. She feels “invigorated and inspired” every time she works out outside, and she designed her new Athleta line with summer workouts in mind.
