Dwayne Johnson’s “Black Adam” Workout Routine is More Intense Than Ever

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson started his rise to fame as a WWE star and built a successful career with roles in physically intense projects, but he’s taking things to a whole new level with Black Adam. He recently shared his workout plan for this movie and it’s as intense as it gets.

Johnson has a very active presence on social media, and he used some of his Instagram posts to share a detailed, step-to-step guide to his fitness routine for the upcoming DC movie.

“Been working very hard on my strength, conditioning, diet, balance, and energy to come into this role being in the best shape (hopefully) of my career and raise the bar,” wrote the actor on Instagram.

He also shared several descriptions of his regular routine, which consists of two workouts a day. Johnson usually kicks things off as soon as he gets up, with a morning cardio workout that he does on an empty stomach. One of his regular workouts targets his chest and triceps, but his weight room routine doesn’t always look the same and he has a habit of focusing on different muscle groups every day.
