According to her trainer, she managed to pull this off by developing five healthy habits – hitting at least 12.000 steps on her Fitbit, getting at least seven hours of quality sleep, unplugging from technology for at least an hour, following her meal plan, and having a fun short workout every other day.

“It has always been important to me to help women of all ages, shapes and sizes feel great. And for me, a healthy and active lifestyle is one of the keys to feeling like my best self,” said Simpson while discussing her latest business endeavor with WWD.
The famous singer feels that the timing for this collection couldn’t have been more perfect, since she’s currently learning how to balance motherhood and career while staying active and healthy.
This isn’t Simpson’s first foray in the world of activewear, since she previously released a “Warm Up” collection back in 2015. Her new workout range should come our way next spring, and it will feature leggings, sports bras, T-shirts, tank tops, and sweatshirts, that work both inside and outside the gym.

“I am working really hard right now. It’s not easy at all, but I am determined to feel good. I have been doing a lot of walking – getting my steps in not only burns calories but it also helps me clear my head and get focused,” explained Jessica Simpson while chatting with People Magazine.
Simpson also revealed she’s paying closer attention to the things she eats. She’s on a mission to eat healthy and cauliflower is an essential part of her diet because she discovered it can be used as a substitute for almost anything.
