Jessica Simpson Shares Her Relaxing Post-Baby Routine

Jessica Simpson welcomed her baby girl Birdie earlier this year, and she’s ready to get back in shape. The famous singer recently discussed her post-baby routine and revealed it includes a lot of walking and cauliflower.

Simpson has been really open about her struggles during and after her third pregnancy and revealed she’s dealt with bronchitis and swollen feet. After everything she’s been through, the singer is taking a relaxing approach to her post-baby fitness regimen.

“I am working really hard right now. It’s not easy at all, but I am determined to feel good. I have been doing a lot of walking – getting my steps in not only burns calories but it also helps me clear my head and get focused,” explained Jessica Simpson while chatting with People Magazine.

Simpson also revealed she’s paying closer attention to the things she eats. She’s on a mission to eat healthy and cauliflower is an essential part of her diet because she discovered it can be used as a substitute for almost anything.
