Netflix is dominating pretty much every aspect of our lives these days, and it’s coming for our workouts, as well. The streaming giant is entering the fitness scene by bringing Nike Training Club workouts to their platform by the end of this month.

Netflix has been trying to expand from streaming series and films in recent months, and the launch of this program is the latest departure from its core programming. Nike Training Club will launch on Netflix on December 30 and it will feature over 90 workouts in 10 different languages.

The workouts in this series are aimed at people of all different levels and they’re divided into five different programs: Kickstart Fitness with the Basics (13 episodes), Two Weeks to a Stronger Core (seven episodes), Fall in Love with Vinyasa (six episodes), HIT & Strength with Tara (14 episodes), and Feel-Good Fitness (six episodes).

New courses will arrive on Netflix next year and a total of 30 hours of sessions will eventually be released, featuring over a dozen of Nike’s trainers. This partnership will make fitness more accessible to all, but Nike Training Club already offers comprehensive guided workouts through their app, with a variety of free workouts for all fitness levels.

Fitness motivation can sometimes be found in the most unexpected of places, including your favorite TV series. If you’re looking for a fun new sports activity to try right now, these five Netflix shows will give you the push you need.

GLOW

GLOW takes place in the glitzy world of women’s wrestling and it will empower you to try some new activities that can do wonders for your self-esteem.

Spinning Out

Spinning Out didn’t stay on Netflix for too long, but a single season of this show was all we needed to fall in love with ice skating all over again.

Stranger Things

Stranger Things isn’t necessarily a TV show about any specific sports activity, but if it didn’t inspire you to grab a bike and go on wild adventures with your friends—nothing will.

Queen’s Gambit

Chess is more mental sport than a physical one, but it’s still worth a shot. If you’re not on board with this activity, how about playing squash with your BFF, like Jolene and Beth?

Cheer

Cheerleading is one of those activities that are often looked down upon, but this Netflix documentary series about the Navarro College cheerleading team will make you see it in a whole new light.

Are you thinking about getting in shape, but need just a bit more time and motivation? It’s the perfect opportunity to watch these amazing fitness documentaries on Netflix! Below are three of the many available that we picked for you to start with, so pay close attention.

Through My Father’s Eyes

Through My Father’s Eyes tells the story of former Olympian Ronda Rousey, also the first woman to win the UFC championship. Rousey was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck which caused a neurological speech disorder, so this is a story about survival, perseverance, and endless possibilities.

The Game Changers

You already know that you should eat your greens, but perhaps you need a reminder about how important they actually are. Famous athletes like martial artist Jackie Chan, bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger, and tennis player Novak Djokovic share the benefits they saw from switching to a plant-based diet.

Resurface

Resurface is a film about veterans learning how to surf as a form of PTSF management. When you see a vet without both legs and one arm manage to catch a wave, you’ll realize there’s not a single thing that’s impossible for you.

Watching your favorite TV show for hours doesn’t necessarily make you a couch potato, as long as you find a way to balance things out. One of the best options is doing a couple of easy exercises with your TV still turned on. Here’s a few that can help you feel as unbreakable as Kimmy Schmidt the next time you watch your favorite Netflix series.

Lunges

Your eyes can stay fixated on the screen while doing this exercise, so you won’t miss a second of your show and still get to tone your glutes in the process.

Squats

Want to look like a part of the cast of GLOW by the time you finish all episodes? Giving squats a try is a good place to start.

Sit-Ups

Stranger things have happened than getting amazing abs while binge-watching The Crown, and doing a few raps of sit-ups could get you there.

Arm Circles

If you don’t feel like committing to a more demanding fitness routine and want to take things one day at the time, arm circles are pretty much the easiest exercise on the market.

Leg Lifts

If you’re already lying down while the TV is on, why not put your legs to some good use and give your abs a push into the right direction, as well?
