The workouts in this series are aimed at people of all different levels and they’re divided into five different programs: Kickstart Fitness with the Basics (13 episodes), Two Weeks to a Stronger Core (seven episodes), Fall in Love with Vinyasa (six episodes), HIT & Strength with Tara (14 episodes), and Feel-Good Fitness (six episodes).
New courses will arrive on Netflix next year and a total of 30 hours of sessions will eventually be released, featuring over a dozen of Nike’s trainers. This partnership will make fitness more accessible to all, but Nike Training Club already offers comprehensive guided workouts through their app, with a variety of free workouts for all fitness levels.
