Working out on a Stairmaster comes with a long list of benefits, but it takes time to come up with a routine that works for you. The 25-7-2 Stairmaster workouts are all the rage in the world of fitness, and we’re bringing you all the details about this trend to help you figure out if it’s the right fit for you.

What Are 25-7-2 Stairmaster Workouts?

This workout trend draws inspiration from the 12-3-30 treadmill craze, and TikTok user @shutupcamilla was the first to introduce this format. She recommends doing this workout twice a week, by setting the intensity level on your Stairmaster to 7 and climbing for 25 minutes.

Major Benefits

The 25-7-2 Stairmaster workout is worth a shot because it comes with a long list of benefits. You’ll love it if you’re a fan of low-impact workouts, and it will help you burn some major calories and fat. Another great thing about this workout is that you’ll only have to do it twice a week so you won’t get bored of it too quickly.

Keep It Safe

The 25-7-2 Stairmaster workout may be too challenging for beginners, so try to play it safe by working out for a shorter period of time, with a lower intensity level. Don’t forget to use the handrail, and make sure to keep your posture in check because poor alignment can lead to pain and injuries.

Stairmaster is one of the most iconic gym machines, but many people avoid it like a plague. It’s meant to replicate the sensation of walking up the stairs, and it comes with a long list of amazing benefits. If you want to get into working out on a stairmaster, but aren’t sure where to start, we’re here to help you take the first step.

Baby Steps

If walking up the stairs simply isn’t your thing, working out on a stairmaster may seem like a nightmare, but it’s anything but. Start things slow, and use it for five or ten minutes, instead of pushing yourself to make it an essential part of your workout. This will help you determine if you enjoy it enough to keep going.

Make It Fun

The main downside of the stairmaster is that using it can be pretty monotonous, but you’ll face the same issue with many other cardio machines. You can make things more fun by listening to music, an audiobook, or a podcast, or by experimenting with settings to make your workout more challenging.

Remember the Benefits

It’s not a coincidence that so many people swear by stairmaster, and you’ll reap many benefits by adding it to your workout routine. It’s a great cardio exercise that can help you burn some major calories without putting too much pressure on your joints, while also giving you the lower body workout of your dreams.

There are so many machines in the gym, that it’s sometimes hard to know how best to use them all. The two basic ones you might be forgetting about are the treadmill and the Stairmaster. The stair climber is definitely much more beneficial than you could ever imagine, so we decided to round up the top reasons why you should include it in your routine.

Work Your Lower Body

The Stairmaster is not only there to work your glutes, as many people think. This stair climber will literally attack your whole lower body, meaning you will be exercising the hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, and calves as well.

Good Cardiovascular Exercise

This machine is a very good cardio exercise and will improve your cardiovascular health. It does take your heart rate up, which means it will become stronger in time. Let’s not forget that you’re doing this while also achieving the perfect legs and bum.

Lose Weight

Everyone wants to lose that extra fat, so why not do it with the Stairmaster. The stair machine is really great at helping you burn calories. In only half an hour you can lose up to 500 calories, which means losing weight.

STAIRMASTER ? _______________________________________________ Meine Lieben! ? _______________________________________________ #cardio #stairmaster #cardiolove #fitgirls #befit #stronggirls #stolzaufmich #fibo #fibo2019
