You Don’t Have to Be Fit to Start
Even if you haven’t been working out for a while or you’re a complete beginner, that shouldn’t stop you from trying CrossFit. You’ll learn faster than you think.
It’ll Be Overwhelming at First

The Workouts are Short
The actual CrossFit workout lasts no more than 20-25 minutes and the rest of the time is reserved for a warm-up and an explanation of exercises. These workouts are short but very intense and you’ll have to work hard in those 20 minutes.
