“Working out more often” is one of the most common New Year’s resolutions, but you don’t have to wait for 2022 to start your fitness journey. There are many easily attainable fitness goals you should focus on until the end of the year, and these five fall under that category.

Even if you don’t intend to hit the gym before 2021 is over, there are many other ways to stay active. Walking is always an option, and you should do it every day and put an effort into achieving a golden number of 10,000 steps on a regular basis.

15-Minute Workout

If you want to introduce an actual workout into your routine, but putting aside an hour to hit the gym doesn’t seem realistic, 15 minutes is all it takes. It’s the amount of time we can all put aside for a workout, and there are many workout videos on YouTube that fit into this time frame.

Healthier Diet

Eating healthier around the holidays can be pretty tough, but you can take baby steps towards embracing a healthier diet. Try to eat at least one veggie or fruit every day, drink eight glasses of water, and try to consume at least one snack less to kick off your journey towards healthy eating.
