3 Intense Jump Rope Exercises You Will Love

Jump rope is an activity every kid knows how to do, however, did you know that jump ropes are used at the gyms as well? They are a perfect cardio exercise. However, if you are bored with the usual “jump up and down” routine, we are here to the rescue. We present to you with three jump rope workouts that are way more intense than you would expect.

180 Degree Turn

While doing the basic jump, you take either a swing to the right or left. Then place your rope onto the preferred side, bring it back and bring it over. You can double it, and make a 360-degree turn as well. It isn’t as easy as it looks like, right?

Jump Rope Jacks

Jumping Jacks, but with a rope. Move your feet from narrow position to wide and repeat the process as many times as you want or can. There are even cool variations like back and forth or crisscross.

Jump Squat Rope

Squats are difficult by themselves, imagine doing them while jumping a rope. Definitely a killer workout and cardio exercise that will challenge you.
