We have been introduced to many viral fitness and wellness trends in recent years, and the “30-30-30 method” is the latest craze taking the world by storm. This diet and fitness regimen can help you start your day on the right foot, but what is it all about, and should you give it a shot?

If you’re looking for a way to shake up your morning routine, the 30-30-30 rule could help you there. It’s rooted in three simple steps that you should follow first thing in the morning:

  • Eat 30 grams of protein at breakfast
  • Eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up
  • Do 30 minutes of low-intensity cardio exercise

There are no downsides to this wellness trend, especially since eating a high-protein breakfast is a great way to kickstart your day. It can help you control your appetite and regulate blood sugar levels throughout the day, and you can achieve this goal by eating everything from eggs and protein-rich smoothies to Greek yogurt, nuts, and cottage cheese.

Steady-state cardio can also help you get your heart rate into the right zone without being too intense. Jogging and walking are two of the best options, but you can also go swimming or take a leisurely bike ride.

We can all feel down sometimes and have a hard time getting up from bed. But this doesn’t need to stop us from exercising as it can lift our spirits a bit and keep us on track with our fitness plan.

TikTok fitness content creator Alexis Claire developed a series called “depression workout” that allows people to exercise without leaving their beds. These workouts consist of simple movement that keeps you active even when you are low on energy.

In one video, she showcases how you can do single-arm tricep push-ups, clamshells, half push-ups, lat pulldowns, and glute bridges while lying in bed and watching your favorite show.

Claire also developed “depression workout” sets that focus on different parts of the body.

Claire’s videos focusing on “depression workout” have received praise from social media users and developed a devoted following.

“Wait I needed this. Thank you,” one user commented.

“This!! I legit do bed yoga when I can’t get myself to anything else! Movement really is key,” another added.

Some users even proposed tips for improving these workouts like using weighted blanket to enhance the effect.

Apple Watches can be a great way to improve your fitness routine. It helps you track your activity and workouts while also encouraging you to exercise more. However, in order to get the best results out of it, you should wear it around your ankle, according to TikTok fitness enthusiasts.

People wearing Apple Watches around their ankles during workouts is not a new thing. While some people do it because of medical issues or for practical purposes, others claim that it actually provides a more accurate reading.

A lot of times, the Apple Watch will pause tracking your workout if there is no clear hand movement or if the wristband gets loose. But placing it on your wrist apparently eliminates this problem.

“Everytime I have my Apple Watch on my wrist it always pauses and never records my full workout. Found out about the ankle thing and never went back,” fitness content creator @bodiedbyana explained in a recent video.

A lot of other TikTok users have adopted this unusual routine and never looked back.

For example, @zoehughley found it helpful to track her activity on the walking pad. Her hands rest on the keyboard while she works, and her steps would be missed otherwise.

You’ve probably heard of TikTok’s viral “75 Hard Challenge”, but this fitness trend came under fire because many people found it hard to follow. The “75 Soft Challenge” rose from its ashes, and we’re bringing you all the details about this fitness trend that puts a realistic and beginner-friendly twist on its predecessor.

“75 Soft Challenge” Rules

Just like its predecessor, the “75 Soft Challenge” asks you to follow several fitness and wellness rules for 75 days, but they’re not as strict.

  1. Eat a healthy diet and only drink alcohol on social occasions.
  2. Exercise for 45 minutes every day, with one day of active recovery per week.
  3. Drink 3 liters of water per day.
  4. Read 10 pages of any book per day.

“75 Soft Challenge” Goals

The “75 Soft Challenge” first emerged as a doable alternative to the “75 Hard Challenge”, and it can help you build good habits that you can stick to in the long run. Since it takes 75 days to complete the challenge, you’ll end up building long-term consistency by the time it’s over, while improving your physical and mental well-being in the process.

Should You Try “75 Soft Challenge”?

There’s no reason why you shouldn’t try the “75 Hard Challenge”, even if you’re a complete beginner. Working for 45 minutes per day could be the only hurdle, but you can kick things off with shorter, low-intensity workouts and work your way to 45 minutes as time goes by.

@wwsszzdd Here ard the rules: 1. Take a before pic 2. Work out for 45 min a day 3. Eat clean (w/1 soft cheat meal a week) 4. Drink 100 oz a day (about 3 liters) 5.Read 10 pages of any book Add or edit your own rules to fit your lifestyle! #75softchallenge #lifestylechange #healthyhabit #consistencyiskey ♬ original sound – Stephen Gallagher

TikTok is a great place to discover amazing new workout trends, and its latest fitness craze might be worth the hype. The “3-2-1” method is going strong on this social media platform, and it’s all about developing a structured and versatile workout plan that can deliver consistent results.

What is the “3-2-1” Method?

The “3-2-1” method suggests you should do three strength workouts, two Pilates classes, and one cardio or conditioning session every week. The main idea behind this TikTok trend is to organize your weekly workouts for the best results, and several different variations emerged, suggesting you should switch the number of specific workouts based on personal preference.

Pros of the “3-2-1” Method

The “3-2-1” method is a great fit for everyone looking to diversify their routine or struggling to commit to a workout plan. In addition to encouraging you to switch between different workout programs and reap the benefits of each, this method will give you a sense of direction when you’re struggling to come up with a workout program.

Cons of the “3-2-1” Method

The lack of rest days is one of the biggest issues you’ll be dealing with when trying the “3-2-1” method, but you can overcome it by finding a balance between low-impact and high-impact workouts. It also may not be suitable for beginners, especially those who have no experience with strength training, so it’s important to start slow and consider altering your routine to suit your fitness level.

Working out on a Stairmaster comes with a long list of benefits, but it takes time to come up with a routine that works for you. The 25-7-2 Stairmaster workouts are all the rage in the world of fitness, and we’re bringing you all the details about this trend to help you figure out if it’s the right fit for you.

What Are 25-7-2 Stairmaster Workouts?

This workout trend draws inspiration from the 12-3-30 treadmill craze, and TikTok user @shutupcamilla was the first to introduce this format. She recommends doing this workout twice a week, by setting the intensity level on your Stairmaster to 7 and climbing for 25 minutes.

Major Benefits

The 25-7-2 Stairmaster workout is worth a shot because it comes with a long list of benefits. You’ll love it if you’re a fan of low-impact workouts, and it will help you burn some major calories and fat. Another great thing about this workout is that you’ll only have to do it twice a week so you won’t get bored of it too quickly.

Keep It Safe

The 25-7-2 Stairmaster workout may be too challenging for beginners, so try to play it safe by working out for a shorter period of time, with a lower intensity level. Don’t forget to use the handrail, and make sure to keep your posture in check because poor alignment can lead to pain and injuries.

The term “exercise snacking” experienced a true boom in recent months, and it refers to fitting ultra-short workouts into your day. These brief, high-intensity intervals of working out can last anywhere between one to ten minutes, and here are three reasons why you should give them a shot.

Busy Schedule

“Exercise snacking” will be your cup of tea if your schedule is always packed and you’re struggling to find time for regular workouts. Even if you don’t have a full hour to hit the gym, you’ll always be able to set a few minutes aside for a short workout, ideally between long periods of sitting down if you do a sedentary job.

Great Versatility

All sorts of workouts can count as “exercise snacks”, from walking up the stairs and going for a short walk to doing cardio or strength training to one of YouTube workouts. It all comes down to finding a routine that works for you, and you can even combine several programs throughout the day.

High Intensity

“Exercise snacking” and high-intensity workouts go hand in hand, and that’s not a coincidence. It’s easier to keep your intensity up when you’re working out for a short period of time, and several short workouts sprinkled throughout the day will eventually add up to a full one.

From Olympic athletes to everyday gym-goers, ice baths have become all the rage. But while cold exposure therapy is sometimes used as a physical remedy to alleviate pain with some doctors even recommending it, are there true benefits to ice baths that make them more than just a fitness fad? Here are the main benefits that ice baths have to offer.

Pain Management

While few studies on the medical benefits of ice baths have been done, they are shown to help alleviate pain and inflammation given that they are a form of cold exposure therapy, otherwise known as cryotherapy. This is particularly helpful if ever you feel sore after exercise or perhaps have an injury.

Immune System and Cardiovascular Health

One study published in the International Journal of Circumpolar Health showed that immersion into cold water can potentially not only boost your immune system but also improve cardiovascular health and insulin resistance. While more studies will be required in order to uncover more information, this at least shows that ice baths are not detrimental to you.

Fitness challenges come and go, but there’s one that’s been making waves in the fitness community—the 75 Hard Challenge. This intense program, developed by entrepreneur Andy Frisella, is designed to push your limits and transform both your body and mind. But before you dive headfirst into this grueling challenge, let’s take a closer look and determine if it’s the right fit for you.

What is the 75 Hard Challenge?

The 75 Hard Challenge is a 75-day program that focuses on physical and mental toughness. The challenge involves following a strict set of rules, including two workouts per day, following a diet, drinking a gallon of water, reading 10 pages of a personal development book, and taking a progress picture each day. It’s not for the faint of heart, but it promises significant results if you stick with it.

The Mental and Physical Benefits

The 75 Hard Challenge is designed to push you out of your comfort zone and build mental resilience. It teaches discipline, consistency, and the importance of pushing through challenges. The physical benefits are also substantial, as the two workouts per day can help you build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and shed unwanted pounds.

Consider Your Fitness Level and Lifestyle

Before embarking on the 75 Hard Challenge, it’s crucial to assess your current fitness level and lifestyle. This challenge requires a significant time commitment and may not be suitable for everyone. If you’re already juggling a demanding schedule or have physical limitations, it’s essential to consider whether this challenge aligns with your goals and capabilities.

Finding Balance and Avoiding Burnout

While the 75 Hard Challenge can be a transformative experience, it’s important to find a balance that works for you. Pushing yourself too hard without adequate rest and recovery can lead to burnout or injury. Remember that listening to your body and prioritizing your overall well-being should always be the foundation of any fitness journey.

Cardio is usually seen as a pretty intense workout routine, but what if we told you that it can actually be quite cozy? That’s exactly the idea behind “cozy cardio”, the latest super-relatable fitness craze taking TikTok by storm.

Cozy cardio is all about putting a mindful, gentle, and nurturing twist on your cardio workouts. Whether you enjoy running on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike, this workout trend is all about associating these activities with things that you enjoy and shifting focus on them, instead of putting too much pressure on yourself to reach certain fitness goals.

@hope_zuckerbrow cozy cardio?? #fyp #cardio #cozy #weightloss #walkingpad ♬ Blue Moon – Muspace Lofi

Cozy cardio is all about motivation, and it means different things to different people. Some will embrace it by hitting the gym in a new set of workout clothes or eating their favorite pre-workout snack, while others will redecorate their workout area at home and create a brand-new playlist.

This concept is certainly nothing new, but it experienced a huge rise in popularity thanks to Hope Zuckerbrow, whose “cozy cardio” post gained millions of likes on TikTok.

“I realized I needed to heal my relationship with exercise. Exercise wasn’t fun anymore, and I was only moving to lose weight, not to feel good or be healthy. I wanted to spark joy when it came to movement,” Zuckerbrow told CNN Health.

@hope_zuckerbrow cozy cardio?? #fyp #cardio #cozy #weightloss #walkingpad ♬ Blue Moon – Muspace Lofi
