Doing a short workout when you don’t have too much time for fitness is better than nothing, and these short session can sometimes be even more effective than longer duration workouts. Make sure to use this time wisely and maximize your results with these easy hacks.

Eliminate Distractions

Since you’re already short on time, eliminating all potential distractions would be a good idea because they can really ruin your workout. Leave your phone and pets in another room while you’re exercising, and try to focus on the workout itself.

Give Tabata a Try

For those of you who don’t know, Tabata is a very intense form of interval training. Its main purpose is to get maximum results in a short period of time by doing eight rounds of 20 seconds of high-intensity exercises, with only 10 seconds of rest in between.
