Working out while traveling isn’t the easiest thing to do, however, it isn’t impossible. If there isn’t a gym in your hotel, no worries, you can still do your workout in your room. All you need is a resistance band.
Wide Pushups
You want to start your workout with wide pushups. Lay down a towel so you have better support; this way your hands won’t slip. Do as many pushups as you can.
Front And Side Raise
Hook the resistance band onto your foot and start pulling it. You can begin with the front raise and then move onto the side raise. Repeat the process as many times as you can. Then, move onto the other side.
Hip Pushups
When you are done with the front and side raise exercise, the next in line is the hip pushups. It is an exercise where your hands are very close together. Don’t forget to use the towel for support.
Military Press
Again, bend the band onto your foot and do the military press. It is a great shoulder exercise that focuses primarily on the deltoids, rear deltoids, and triceps.
