Place your hands in front of your face, then throw two punches, first with your left arm, then with your right, and then do a squat.

To perform hook punches, it requires fast, powerful cross-body movements. You will start by standing in a boxing stance with your dominant foot staggered back, then turn your front foot at 45-degrees and center your weight between your legs, lifting up your heels.

Bring your hands up to your face and start performing punches with your dominant hand and slightly curving in. With your front leg do a pivot inward.
