Judging by her recent fitness-related Instagram post, Underwood is an avid user of this app that she created with her personal trainer Eve Overland. She can’t imagine her workouts without it, and she currently swears by the “13-card draw” workout.
Fit52 app was designed around a deck of cards, and workouts consist of either 52 exercises or 26 exercises. The cards you pull also determine the number of reps per exercise. The main idea behind this workout program is to diversify your routine, but it sure sounds intense. Underwood doesn’t seem to be complaining, and her legs look more toned than ever thanks to this routine.

“It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle,” said Carrie Underwood while discussing her new book with People Magazine.
Find Your Path will detail the singer’s approach to working out, eating healthy, and feeling beautiful in her own skin, but it’s not her first fitness-related project. Underwood previously launched her own activewear brand Calia, and she has given us several amazing collections over the years.

I want clothes that will move with me throughout my entire day,” Carrie Underwood told Prevention Magazine.
Calia designers utilized antimicrobial, moisture-wicking technologies while working on this collection, in an attempt to make it more fitting for fall and winter. It features a wide range of highly-functional leggings, joggers, jackets and vests, which can be worn both inside and outside the gym.

This wasn’t the first time that country superstar opened up about her struggles to bounce back after giving birth. Back in March, she posted a lengthy post on Instagram, describing her post-baby routine.
Despite many obstacles along the way, Underwood made a promise to herself to “stop analyzing every angle and every curve and every pound and every meal” and focus on her journey instead.

The 36-year-old singer has always been very open about her love for fitness. She built her mobile gym three years ago, in order to make the most of her workouts while on tour, and admitted it’s actually easier for her to stay fit when she’s not home.
“I get super excited when we go on tour because I feel like that’s my most consistent workouts. The road is kind of different in that I don’t have a house to clean, I don’t have as much laundry to do. It’s just a little easier in some parts of my life,” explained Carrie Underwood while chatting with E!
