“Four years ago I cut out sugar from my diet to try and stop bacteria from building up in my body. Once I cut out sugar I realized how much I began to enjoy food when it was good for me – and it was balancing out everything – my health, my moods, my sleep,” explained the singer.
Jessie J decided to cut out meat from her diet two years later, and went full vegan about a year ago. She’s still at the beginning of her journey, but sees this as a unique opportunity to love herself, her body, and the world as a whole – and inspire other people to do the same.
