At just 23-years-old, gymnast Simone Biles holds the most World gold medals with 19 and she’s training for her second Olympics. Since the Olympics were postponed to 2021, she’s now back at the gym and eating nutritiously to stay in shape. While Biles spends six to seven hours a day training, she’s just as attentive to what she eats. She told Women’s Health that she follows her intuition, “I do not track anything. I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I’m always at the gym.” So, what exactly does the gymnast eat throughout the day?

Breakfast

Simone starts practice at seven and before she does, she sometimes eats a quick bite and sometimes she doesn’t. When she has time, she’ll eat oatmeal or fruit. While she doesn’t drink coffee, she makes sure to stay hydrated throughout practice with water. Following her workout, she’ll sip on a protein shake. On the weekends when she has more time, she’ll eat protein waffles, eggs, or cinnamon rolls.

Lunch

Simone often orders lunch from Uber Eats, who she recently teamed up with along with Queer Eye star Jonathan Van Ness for the “Tonight I’ll Be Eating” campaign in the U.S. Her meals range from pepperoni pizza to salmon or sushi. She also tries to eat veggies with her favorites being asparagus, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, potatoes, and broccoli.

Snacks

In regards to snacks, Simone doesn’t snack to much because she’s constantly on the move, but when she does, she chooses fruit.

Dinner

Simone listens to her body when it comes to dinner. Sometime she eats a little less healthy with pizza or fettuccine Alfredo with chicken.

Dessert

The gymnast doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth, so she only has dessert when she has a craving for it. While she’s at home, she likes to eat cookies or strawberries and whipped cream.
