Julianne Hough Dishes on Her Favorite Workout Classes

Julianne Hough is the latest star to land the cover of Women’s Health and share her fitness routine with this magazine. Despite the fact that dance will always be her biggest love, it’s not the only fitness routine that she swears by.

The Dancing with the Stars champion is also a huge fan of SoulCycle because she enjoys the sense of community it brings into her daily routine. She can’t imagine her life without CorePower Yoga and strength training alongside her hockey player husband Brooks Laich.

Long story short, Hough’s workout plan is pretty intense – and so is her pre- and post-workout routine. She usually drinks a mixture of lukewarm water, lemon, celery juice, apple cider vinegar, and an adrenal supplement before her workouts because eating before hitting the gym doesn’t work for her.

She enjoys making a protein shake packed with healthy fats after each sweat session. The list of her favorite ingredients includes avocado, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, protein powder, blueberries, and a banana.
