Berry’s main goal for this collection was to create “pieces that are effortless, adaptable, layer-able and will fit into an active lifestyle perfectly.” She saw Sweaty Betty as a perfect partner in crime because they know how to make technical activewear that looks and performs great at the same time.

She can be seen doing three sets of 50 reps of ankle-weighted knee-ups, cross kick-ups, sit-ups, and additional four sets of 20 reps of plank pull-backs. After being diagnosed, she stopped eating sugar completely and within a few weeks, her cravings disappeared. She only eats sweats on her kid’s birthdays and she snacks on low-sugar fruits.
She quickly learned that the body breaks down refined carbs into sugar, so she stopped eating them to manage her diabetes. She doesn’t eat rice, pasta, or bread. After cutting out white carbs, she swapped high-carb foods with low-carb alternatives and healthy fats. Instead of eating mashed potatoes or pasta, she eats cauliflower mash with butter and salt and zucchini noodles.
