Halle Berry Explains How She Stays Active as a Working Mother

Finding enough time to work out on a daily basis is pretty difficult when you’re a working mother with a busy schedule. No one knows this better than Halle Berry, who’s constantly coming up with new ways to juggle motherhood and her fitness routine.

Berry discussed her approach to training as a working mother of two in a recent interview with People and said that “being well and physically fit and healthy” is one of her main priorities.

“I’ve made it my mission to find time in the day to exercise, get work done, and be a mom. I think during COVID, it’s been easy to forget the time in our day to be active because we just can’t do the things that we used to do and it’s hard to find ways to do that at home,” explained Berry.

The Oscar-winning star is no stranger to sharing her workout progress on social media, often through her wellness platform re-spin, and her routine includes everything from boxing to rope jumping and resistance band workouts. She believes it’s important to discover new, creative ways to stay active because they can help you feel inspired and energized.
