]]>We can count on all Taylor Swift-related things to go viral, but the Grammy-winning singer played no active role in starting this craze. TikTok user Allie Bennett is the one responsible for creating this high-energy treadmill routine, set to the beat of Swift’s biggest hits.
Bennett was very strategic when picking the songs included in this workout, and opted for 10 absolute bangers, including “The Man”, “Look What You Made Me Do”, and “Shake It Off”. The full workout playlist runs just under 37 minutes and it ends with a cooldown set to the beat of “Style”.
Bennet made quite a splash on TikTok by sharing treadmill workouts timed to songs by popular music artists including Swift. She believes her workouts are popular because they’re easy to follow and don’t put too much pressure on people to achieve a certain goal.
“It’s refreshing to be able to put something into that space that’s just about enjoying your workout, because I think fitness should just be about finding a form of movement you enjoy and look forward to, not about the way you look!” Bennett told Today.
@benntheredonethat @allie bennett 36 minutes of pure bangers – this might be the best workout i’ve ever createdlet me know if you try it out!! #treadmillstrut #taylorswift #workout #hotgirlwalk #12330 ♬ taylor swift treadmill strut workout – allie bennett

]]>MadFit’s latest Taylor Swift workout is choreographed to the beat of her song “Message in a Bottle” from the re-recorded version of her hit album Red. It only takes four minutes to go through all the exercises, but don’t let the song’s slow beat fool you into thinking this ab workout isn’t super-intense.
If working out to slow songs simply isn’t your thing, and you need something more fun and upbeat, “You Need To Calm Down” fits the bill. This full-body workout features everything from leg drops and scissors to squats and planks, and you’ll burn some major calories while doing it.
Unlike the previous two workouts, this one isn’t exactly brief because it’s choreographed to the ten-minute version of Swift’s iconic song “All Too Well”. Luckily, it’s a bit less intense because MadFit opted for a dance sculpt workout this time around.

]]>After creating a hit dance cardio clip to the beat of Swift’s previous album Folklore, Maddie Lymburner of MadFit created another amazing dance cardio workout. The 14-minute-long clip features four songs from Swift’s latest album, including “Willow,” “Gold Rush,” “Champagne Problems”, and “Long Story Short.”
Despite their slow beat, these tracks have proven as a perfect fit for intense dance cardio training. Lymburner included a wide range of different full-body exercises in this workout, but she also reminded people that having fun should be their top priority.
“I am so excited to be sharing this new “dancer sculpt” workout to 4 of Taylor’s new songs! Remember, the goal is to have fun & move your body! Don’t feel as though you have to be perfect, get your legs super high, etc. Just do your best!” wrote Lymburner.

]]>Thorne’s HIIT workouts are similar to TABATA with approximately 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, but without planks and burpees. She starts off the video with her two big rules—”Fake it til You Make it” and “Wrong and Strong ”, which can be found on her Instagram and YouTube page.
The video features alternating bodyweight dance sequences with two different choreographed sections per song repeated on a loop. The workout begins with a warm-up to “Ready For It” before moving on to “You Need to Calm Down,” “I Did Something Bad,” “Cruel Summer,” “Paper Rings” and “Me!”
Throughout the video, Thorne teaches each sequence as well as modifications. Some of our favorite moves are the quick feet into star jumps and ball slams, the mini squats into body rolls, and the monster walks into low jumping jacks.
