You Have to Try This Dance Workout Inspired by Taylor Swift’s “Evermore”

Taylor Swift took the world by storm with her second surprise album of 2020 titled Evermore. After inspiring countless shocked reactions, fan theories, and funny memes, songs from her latest record are now making their way to our workout playlist.

After creating a hit dance cardio clip to the beat of Swift’s previous album Folklore, Maddie Lymburner of MadFit created another amazing dance cardio workout. The 14-minute-long clip features four songs from Swift’s latest album, including “Willow,” “Gold Rush,” “Champagne Problems”, and “Long Story Short.”

Despite their slow beat, these tracks have proven as a perfect fit for intense dance cardio training. Lymburner included a wide range of different full-body exercises in this workout, but she also reminded people that having fun should be their top priority.

“I am so excited to be sharing this new “dancer sculpt” workout to 4 of Taylor’s new songs! Remember, the goal is to have fun & move your body! Don’t feel as though you have to be perfect, get your legs super high, etc. Just do your best!” wrote Lymburner.
