Taylor Swift’s Folklore is one of the most talked-about albums of the year, but it’s not exactly workout playlist material. That didn’t stop fitness influencer Maddie Lymburner aka MadFit from creating an amazing dance workout to the beat of Swift’s new songs.

MadFit’s Folklore workout can be done in 15 minutes, without any extra equipment. She kicked it off with Swift’s song “The 1” before moving to other hits from her new album including “August,” “Exile,” and “Cardigan.”

This workout video is perfect for beginners thanks to its slow tempo. It features a long list of popular workout moves, ranging from squats to mountain climbers, but the alternative vibe of Swift’s new tunes will allow you to take it easy without putting too much pressure on yourself.

“We’re slowing it down for a dancer sculpt workout today! A mix of Taylor’s new songs were perfect to create this workout! The goal is to have fun & move your body! Don’t feel as though you have to be perfect, get your legs super high, etc. Just do your best!,” wrote Lymburner.
