Here are three great exercises you can do using nothing but stairs.

Double Step

Just as the name of this move suggests, you will do it by skipping every other step. It’s up to you to pick your own pace, but even doing it by walking can be very effective and it works your glutes and legs in the best way possible.

Side Step Crossovers

You’ll be standing sideways to the stairs during this exercise, which will help you target different areas. In addition to working your glutes, this exercise will help you tone your inner and outer thighs.

Single Step Hops

This exercise has the same effect as doing mini squats, but it requires much more stability. In order to perform the hops in the right way you should be able to steady your balance, and it’s one of the hardest parts of this otherwise easy move.
