Pick one or two songs which are your go-to anthem when you want to feel amped up. Music motivates you to workout harder and for longer, so keep those songs on a playlist that is easily accessible.

Fitness Mantra

Choose a phrase that really speaks to you when you feel like giving up. Whether it is Beyonce song lyrics or a motivational quote, remember those words when you are getting tired.

Make a Deal With Yourself

Before starting your workout make a deal with yourself that only when you finish your workout will your receive a reward. It could be as simple as watching an episode of your favorite show after your workout.
