The Toronto-based engineering student discovered her passion for fitness after her decision to eat 1,000 calories a day left her seriously underweight. After reaching out to a personal trainer, Pollock decided to change her approach to fitness and dieting, and her story served as an inspiration to many.

Pollock learned a lot along the way, and decided to share it all with the world, in an attempt to “bring accessible education to this fitness space one info-packed video at a time.”

She’s attracted 824,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel, and almost as many to her Instagram page thanks to her honest and open approach.
