If you’re starting to get bored with your workouts, it could mean that it’s getting too easy for you. This is a good sign that you’re ready to take on bigger challenges. Taking things slow is all good and well when you’re starting out, but staying stagnant can also destroy your passion for it if you’re ready to take the next step.

You Find Yourself Working Out Randomly

If you’re ready to up your workout routine, you may find yourself sneaking in little workouts into your day without even realizing it. You may be at the office and absentmindedly do curls with your briefcase, or jog home from work instead of taking the bus.
