Water

If you’re not hydrated, you’re not happy. The 54-year-old drinks a lot of water everyday which clearly helps her skin glow. According to health experts, women should be drinking 2.7 liters of water per day, and 3.7 liters for when. So get sipping!

Movement

The starlet is a big fan of Pvolve, which is a science-led method that combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment. “I leave every workout feeling energized and strong, but not beat up,” she says. “Whatever your fitness level, it’s a workout where you can truly start where you are.”

Whole Foods

No, we’re not just talking about the grocery store. Aniston famously ate the same salad everyday while on the Friends set. Whole foods include fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes, with as limited an amount of processed foods as possible.

Sleep

“[Sleep] is challenging for me,” she admits. “But it’s so important. I feel it when I don’t get enough rest.” Sleep is the secret to mental and physical health, and just as important as a healthy diet and exercise. You should be getting a minimum of 7 hours a night.

Kardashian joined forces with Kate Hudson’s activewear brand for a nine-piece edit with a desert color scheme of sunset oranges, sage greens, and dusty blues. This choice wasn’t coincidental, and she opted for this theme because she sees the desert as a perfect metaphor for life’s many challenges.

“You’re trekking through this 150-degree desert but pushing through, and you don’t know what’s over that next sand dune. And then you go over and you see this oasis and you’re just tranquil and serene, and you made it,” she explained in an interview with Vogue.

The Spanish women’s football team recently made history by winning the World Cup, beating England one nil. It was a tight, tense, exciting game, and for much of it, the teams seemed evenly matched. Here are three of the Spanish footballers who helped clinch the victory for their side.

The 23-year-old player scored the only goal of the match, with a fantastic strike which smashed past the English goalkeeper. Mariona Caldentey

You may hear “Lyme disease” and think of margaritas, but the condition is actually far more serious than you might think. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), around 476,000 people become infected with the illness each year.

So, what exactly is it?

Contracted via tick bites, Lyme disease can cause joint and muscle pain; headaches; fever; and, in severe cases, can lead to loss of vision; facial palsy; heart conditions; and arthritis. It can be difficult to diagnose Lyme as symptoms are vague, often consisting of fatigue; pain; and brain fog, but one major indicator is a rash. Once the disease has entered your system, symptoms can occur months and even years later. 

Several celebrities have spoken about their own experiences with the infection, including Bella Hadid, Shania Twain, April Lavigne, and Justin Bieber. 

The disease resulted in Twain losing her voice, with doctors taking 7 years to diagnose it. Lavigne was bedridden for 5 months, and Bieber suffered temporary paralysis on one side of his face.

Unfortunately, even in 2023, there is no vaccine for Lyme, but there are ways to prevent infection. People are recommended to avoid areas known to be inhabited by ticks, to spray all clothing with the permethrin insecticide, and using a tick repellent.

Prevention is not 100% guaranteed, however. In the event that a Lyme infection does occur, it is recommended to start antibiotics immediately.

This mix of honesty and undeniable raw talent has earned her many fans around the world, and in 2022 she was presented with the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Joe Biden.

Katie Ledecky

A world record holder in the women’s 800-meter and 1500-meter freestyle, Ledecky has won six individual gold medals at the Olympics and sixteen at the World Championships. She won her first gold, in the 800-meter women’s freestyle, at the London 2012 Olympics at the age of just 15! Since then, she has gone on to make history, and is widely regarded as the greatest female swimmer ever. At the age of just 26, Ledecky has plenty of time to set even more records before she retires.

Think of the words Tour de France, and it is likely that images of muscled cyclists powering up mountain sides come to mind. There is no doubt that these athletes are some of the most impressive in the world, but it may come as a surprise to learn that the women’s version of the great cycling event—the Tour de France Femmes—has only existed since 2022. It therefore seems the right time to celebrate and learn a little more, about this year’s winner, Dutch cyclist Demi Vollering.

Where is She From?

Vollering was born in the Netherlands in 1996, making her 26. She has been cycling since she was a child and has always shown great promise in the sport.

What Has She Achieved?

Vollering won her first monument classic in 2021 and since then has dominated women’s cycling. This year, she has won all three Ardennes classics, she has become the Dutch national cycling champion in the road race, and now she has topped it all off by winning the Tour de France Femmes. She was especially dominant on the breathtaking climbs in the Pyrenees, demonstrating her incredible ability as a road cyclist.

If you’re in the mood to refresh your workout wardrobe this fall, Khloe Kardashian’s got you covered! The reality superstar joined forces with Fabletics for a brand-new activewear collection, and she’s truly bringing the heat with this desert-themed line.

Kardashian joined forces with Kate Hudson’s activewear brand for a nine-piece edit with a desert color scheme of sunset oranges, sage greens, and dusty blues. This choice wasn’t coincidental, and she opted for this theme because she sees the desert as a perfect metaphor for life’s many challenges.

“You’re trekking through this 150-degree desert but pushing through, and you don’t know what’s over that next sand dune. And then you go over and you see this oasis and you’re just tranquil and serene, and you made it,” she explained in an interview with Vogue.

It was important for Kardashian to craft a line of workout clothes that she herself would want to wear at the gym. She sees activewear as a great motivational tool and believes that investing in good workout clothes can inspire you to give it your all at the gym.

Kardashian’s collection with Fabletics includes everything from high-waisted leggings and sports bras to workout onesies and fleece hoodies, available for purchase on the brand’s official website.

The Spanish women’s football team recently made history by winning the World Cup, beating England one nil. It was a tight, tense, exciting game, and for much of it, the teams seemed evenly matched. Here are three of the Spanish footballers who helped clinch the victory for their side.

Olga Carmona

The 23-year-old player scored the only goal of the match, with a fantastic strike which smashed past the English goalkeeper. Known for her speed and agility, when she’s not representing the national team, Carmona plays for the world-famous Real Madrid. She has now cemented her reputation as one of the world’s greatest players.

Aitana Bonmatí

An incredibly fast player, and one who is often instrumental in setting up goals (as well as scoring plenty of her own), Bonmatí showed off her technical skills as she got the ball past England players time and time again. For her consistency, skill, and spirit, she was awarded player of the tournament.

Mariona Caldentey

Although Caldentey was substituted off in the final minutes of the game, she played ferociously and came very close to making the score two-nil for Spain. Fast, creative, and good at seeing gaps on the field, she deserved the praise she received after the match.

You may hear “Lyme disease” and think of margaritas, but the condition is actually far more serious than you might think. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), around 476,000 people become infected with the illness each year.

So, what exactly is it?

Contracted via tick bites, Lyme disease can cause joint and muscle pain; headaches; fever; and, in severe cases, can lead to loss of vision; facial palsy; heart conditions; and arthritis. It can be difficult to diagnose Lyme as symptoms are vague, often consisting of fatigue; pain; and brain fog, but one major indicator is a rash. Once the disease has entered your system, symptoms can occur months and even years later. 

Several celebrities have spoken about their own experiences with the infection, including Bella Hadid, Shania Twain, April Lavigne, and Justin Bieber. 

The disease resulted in Twain losing her voice, with doctors taking 7 years to diagnose it. Lavigne was bedridden for 5 months, and Bieber suffered temporary paralysis on one side of his face.

Unfortunately, even in 2023, there is no vaccine for Lyme, but there are ways to prevent infection. People are recommended to avoid areas known to be inhabited by ticks, to spray all clothing with the permethrin insecticide, and using a tick repellent.

Prevention is not 100% guaranteed, however. In the event that a Lyme infection does occur, it is recommended to start antibiotics immediately.

A record-breaking gymnast, Biles is considered by many to be the greatest of all time. She has won seven Olympic medals and twenty-five at the World Championships! She has also been praised and regarded as a role model for her openness surrounding her mental health. At the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Biles withdrew from some of her competitions to allow herself some recovery time. This mix of honesty and undeniable raw talent has earned her many fans around the world, and in 2022 she was presented with the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Joe Biden.

Katie Ledecky

A world record holder in the women’s 800-meter and 1500-meter freestyle, Ledecky has won six individual gold medals at the Olympics and sixteen at the World Championships. She won her first gold, in the 800-meter women’s freestyle, at the London 2012 Olympics at the age of just 15! Since then, she has gone on to make history, and is widely regarded as the greatest female swimmer ever. At the age of just 26, Ledecky has plenty of time to set even more records before she retires.

Think of the words Tour de France, and it is likely that images of muscled cyclists powering up mountain sides come to mind. There is no doubt that these athletes are some of the most impressive in the world, but it may come as a surprise to learn that the women’s version of the great cycling event—the Tour de France Femmes—has only existed since 2022. It therefore seems the right time to celebrate and learn a little more, about this year’s winner, Dutch cyclist Demi Vollering.

Where is She From?

Vollering was born in the Netherlands in 1996, making her 26. She has been cycling since she was a child and has always shown great promise in the sport.

What Has She Achieved?

Vollering won her first monument classic in 2021 and since then has dominated women’s cycling. This year, she has won all three Ardennes classics, she has become the Dutch national cycling champion in the road race, and now she has topped it all off by winning the Tour de France Femmes. She was especially dominant on the breathtaking climbs in the Pyrenees, demonstrating her incredible ability as a road cyclist.

Where Will She Go Next?

Many experts in the cycling world are predicting big things for Vollering, and with the Paris Olympics on the horizon in 2024, who knows what she could achieve on the track?
