Christie Brinkley turned 66 this year, but that’s not stopping her from being in better shape than ever. The legendary Sports Illustrated model recently dished about her fitness routine on Instagram and shared a secret behind her ageless beauty.

In one of her recent Instagram posts, Brinkley shared a photo that shows her doing leg presses and revealed this exercise helped her keep her muscles toned at 66. In addition to building muscles by activating the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes, leg presses can help you increase strength, as well.
