Effective Water Bottle Workouts with Pamela Reif

Most people think they need fancy workout equipment to stay in shape, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Many common household items, such as water bottles, can be implemented into your workout, and Pamela Reif has proven how effective they can be in one of her latest workout videos.

With eight million subscribers and counting, Reif is one of YouTube’s biggest fitness stars, and she’s constantly coming up with new ways to make fitness fun and accessible. Her latest 10-minute waist workout is a case in point, and two water bottles are the only piece of equipment you’ll need to give it a try.

This workout can be performed with small weights, ranging between 0.5-4kg, but don’t stress if you don’t have them. Using water bottles is always an option, and Reif demonstrated just how to do it in this workout.

The main goal of this workout is to develop a stronger waist by training your obliques. The workout is pretty short, but Reif made sure to hand-pick the exercises that can help you improve your posture, protect your spine, and combat back pain. Water bottles make this workout extra intense, but you can eliminate them if you’re still a beginner.
