Elizabeth Hurley Explains How She Stays Fit Without Following Strict Diets

Being in her 50s isn’t stopping Elizabeth Hurley from being in great shape, but have you ever wondered what her secret is? The famous actress recently spilled the beans, and it turns out her fit figure has nothing to do with strict diets and a rigorous fitness routine.

Hurley discussed her approach to working out and eating healthy with Daily Mail and admitted she finds it harder to stay in shape than she used to but added she doesn’t put too much pressure on herself in terms of dieting and fitness.

“I don’t do any set exercise but can’t sit still for long… I love working in my garden and am never happier than when wielding a strimmer. I walk my dogs a lot too,” explained Hurley.

The Austin Powers star also added that she’s at least 10 pounds heavier now than she used to be two decades ago, but she’s not bothered by it because “life’s too short to be on a super strict diet.” Hurley claims she eats quite a lot, but her diet sounds pretty healthy because she avoids junk or processed foods, tries to eat a lot of vegetables, and never snacks between meals.
