Emi Wong’s Walking Cardio Workout is Intense and Fun

Walking should be a part of everyone’s daily routine, and you can turn this activity into a fun and intense workout. That’s exactly the idea behind Emi Wong’s latest walking cardio workout which can give you an amazing calorie burn in just 30 minutes.

With almost five million subscribers, Wong is one of YouTube’s leading fitness influencers, and she rocks our world with each workout she shares on her channel. She always makes sure that her workouts are apartment-friendly, and that also happens to be the case with her walking cardio video.

She recommends doing it when you’re watching TV or when it’s too cold, too crowded, or too polluted outside so you don’t feel like leaving the comfort of your home. This workout seems easy at first, but Wong says you shouldn’t underestimate it because it will get you all sweaty and give you a full-body fat burn.

There are 30 exercises included in this workout, arranged into 40-second sets with 15-minute transitions. In addition to regular walking moves, you’ll also have to perform air punches, arm lifts, ankle taps, standing bike crunches, and all sorts of different exercises that will make this seemingly-easy workout ultra-intense.
