Trying New Things
Scott believes we should “question, ask, study, and try new movements, sports, activities, and training protocols each month.”
Finding a Workout Buddy
Finding a training partner or a fitness coach is a good step toward achieving your goals, because they’ll guide you, keep you accountable, motivated, and push you past your current comfort level.
Constant Activity
Scott believes in the concept of cheat days and rest days, but that doesn’t mean you should spend them on the coach. You should move your body each day, and avoid sitting whenever you can.
Perfect Fit
The best way to get in good shape is to find an activity you really enjoy – whether it’s lifting weights, playing basketball, practicing yoga, or simply going for a run.
